Dikonia executed a number of minor and major changes in the Mail4Good marketing tool. A set of changes were implemented and add new features were added to the client’s existing project in order to achieve the desired results. Therefore, the project involved enhancing the performance of the web project, while adding some ubiquitous modules. To know more about its exciting features just go through the case study below.
Case Study
Case Study: In Mail For Good is the awesome Email-marketing tool with the mind-blowing features for sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email.
DASHBOARD: Here you can perform and view all the activities related to marketing like:
a) List: You can create a list of users who are going to receive your messages.
b) Templates: Using the template option, you can create and customise your template.
c) Campaigns: You can create and manage the campaigns.
d) Drips: Drips, are one the most fascinating feature in the entire process like you can set the drip by selecting the day/time you want to send the message, Choose template, preview the drips and then save the changes.
e) Permissions: You can grant the permission to the users under this section.
a) List:With the use of list feature, you can create/import a list as shown in the figure below:
After creation, managing your list is yet another important task but with the manage lists feature you can do it well. You can edit, delete and view the list of subscribers in a single click as shown in the image.
b) Templates: You can write the content with your own creativity or you can copy some content from the internet sources to make an awesome template. By adding the template details you can choose different ways to write your email.
Plain Text Template: Here, you can simply add the subject and write the content of your email.
HTML: You can write your email in HTML using this feature.
Template Editor: With the use of template editor, you can add columns, Buttons,HTML text, Images and other stuff to your email.
c) Campaigns:You can create the campaigns by following a few simple steps: Choose the template, select the lists of users and then add the campaign details and here your campaign is created.
Manage Campaign: According to your preference, you can manage the campaign like you can edit, sent directly to the user either you can send a test mail and save as draft. You can also preview the campaigns stats.
d) Drips: Drip feature is designed to prioritize the emails by setting the day and time for sending the emails. Once we set the time and the date, the email with the selected message will automatically be sent to the users at that particular time. This is how you can create the drips.
Preview Drip: You can preview your drip and edit your drip if you want to, as shown in the figure.
Start Drip: Once you start the drip, a pop up message will be displayed on your screen with an option to cancel / Start Drip.
e) Permissions: Here, You can grant access to the users also reset the permission according to your preference.
