I am an experienced business strategist and project manager with 15+ years of experience. I quit my job of 9 years to start Dikonia and my aim is to bring together a small, but very efficient team of designers, developers, and project managers who work towards delivering exceptional quality products & services. Over the years, I, in the form of Dikonia, have managed to build a diverse team that is not only very reliable and efficient, but capable of taking on varied projects for our clients.

MBA, 10+ years of experience in Operations
I finished my MBA from Symbiosis in 1998, and joined our family business. I have always been interested in managing operational side of the business and help with new ideas, putting in place processes that help run the business smoothly and efficiently. I started working with Chhavi 2.5 years back and have loved every moment of it. I was able to utilize my experience in Operations and apply that to build and improve Dikonia's processes.
